RACHEL BELL
is a well-known entrepreneur, a millionaire by the age of 25 and famous in the business coaching industry.
Here's two of her sales masterclasses teaching you communication and how to structure out calls and build confidence in you so that you can speak with conviction.
This is different than what you used to see sales as:
We're not here to do sales in a way that disempowers other people.
This is not the way I choose to do my business.
This is an option. This is your choice.
I see sales as a way of solving the problem for the person I am talking to.
So all of a sudden the sale has gone from “selling” to “serving”.
The sale doesn't JUST get me what I want, but it gets you what YOU want as well. Its a win win win win win situation.
Sales has become so misunderstood because someone decided that sales is all about making lots of money, to just yourself what you want.
So it forms this force, pressure, manipulation, feelings of being convinced instead of a way, a tool, something that will help the person in NEED to get the life that they’re looking for.
Drop the neediness:
No one wants to buy from someone who is needy.
No one will follow up on your messages if you are being needy.
It doesn't feel good to buy from someone who is needy.
Appear calm and collected:
You know how good this is and you are confident about it.
But at the end of the day it’s always their choice whether they want to move forward or not. Always keep that in mind.
GET REAL:
You will get a no. You will get tons of no’s.
But you will always get yeses. Lots of them.
What creates a clear yes?
What creates hesitation?
DO IT WITH LOVE INSTEAD OF FEAR.
DO IT WITH PERMISSION INSTEAD OF GUILT.
DO IT WITH EMPOWERMENT INSTEAD OF SHAME.
So let go of the thought of thinking that you are here to convince someone who doesn't belong in your tribe.
You have the opportunity, you can explain how it works, what they get, how you are there to help & how to move forward.
Cleanse the manipulation that you have been taught through life and all of a sudden you're just having a normal conversation with someone who might want to work together with you.
See it for what it truly is. It is a service.
You are here to serve.
Serve people in need.
The people who are actively looking for a solution to their problem.
When you are coming from a place of serving you can’t go wrong.
And when you do something from a place of getting something out of it, that’s when it gets messy.
